TEC International Co., Ltd. (TECI) merged with its group company Tokyo Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (TEC) on June 1, 2025.
This merger aims to optimize management resources and strengthen the business foundation, with the goal of establishing a structure that ensures sustainable growth in a rapidly changing international environment.
Through the merger, we will unite with TEC to pool human resources and insights of a broader range of technological fields, thereby creating a system capable of generating greater added value against global development challenges. Moving forward, we, as a Global Business Department within TEC, will leverage the field responsiveness and passion we have cultivated, continuing to embrace further challenges and growth.
